Dina is our General Manger. She is a native of Feeding Hills, MA, and has worked in the Fitness Industry for 18 years. She enjoys participating in, and instructing, all types of group exercise classes. Dina values the connection she makes while working with others. Among her strengths as an instructor is her ability to help one to look within, locate and harness the emotional and cognitive elements that are part of achieving an improvement in mind and body.

George is a senior fitness specialist, with nine years experience working with the “Baby Boomer” population. A former United States Marine, he competes in Local 5 and 10K road races to maintain his “waist management.”
