We feel there is no “one-size fits all” personal training or membership plan. And the idea of Personal Training is just that… to be personal and individualized. Therefore we offer several options for members and non-members to work with our Professional Fitness staff. Whether your goal is to shed excess body fat, increase strength and endurance, or improve performance for a particular sport, we will help get you there! It is a much customized approach to personal training in order to meet your needs in a fun, motivating, and time efficient manner to ensure you get results fast!
Our personal training staff is available to instruct you in proper use of the equipment, spot you in the weight room, assist you with stretching and answer any questions that you may have regarding your current exercise program. Schedule a session with a personal trainer to determine what personalized training programs are best for you!
All new members, joining with a yearly membership, will receive one complimentary personal training session. The training session will consist of Exercise and Wellness Goal Setting, Strength Training Program, Cardiovascular Training Program, Flexibility Training Program, Core Stability Training Program and Alternative Training Methods using bands, dumbbells and stability balls. |
