Melissa Bodanza Melissa was born and raised in Leominster, MA. After completing her education, and beginning to practice law, she moved to Westfield where she works as a Bar Advocate/Public Defender at the Westfield District Court. She has been participating in group exercise since high school and began instructing Group Exercise classes in 2001. She enjoys driving through town with her little dog Millie who sits in her doggie carseat by her side. Melissa believes that the best way to relieve stress is through a great group exercise class and listening to stand up comedy.

Dina Lancour Dina is a native of Feeding Hills, MA, and has worked in the Fitness Industry for 18 years. She enjoys participating in, and instructing, all types of group exercise classes. Dina values the connection she makes in working with others. Among her strengths as an instructor is her ability to help one to look within, locate and harness the emotional, and cognitive elements that are part of achieving an improvement in mind and body.
