Expert Fitness Health Club has one of Western Massachusetts most well-equipped fitness centers. Our fitness area includes a variety of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment from Life Fitness, Cybex, Stairmaster and Concept II. Our strength training equipment includes 2 complete lines of selectorized equipment from Life Fitness and Cybex, plate loaded equipment from Hammer Strength and Cybex, and premiere rubber dumbbells and plates from Iron Grip.
Our personal training staff is available to instruct you in proper use of the equipment, spot you in the weight room, assist you with stretching and answer any questions that you may have regarding your current exercise program.
All new members, upon joining, receive TWO complimentary personal training sessions. These training sessions will consist of Exercise and Wellness Goal Setting, Strength Training Program, Cardiovascular Training Program, Flexibility Training Program, Core Stability Training Program and Alternative Training Methods using bands, dumbbells and stability balls.
